Experience the thrill of  riding  part of a " Tour de France" stage  just hours before the peloton. Be ready to experience 2 exceptional stages :

You will first ride and watch a mythical finish stage in the legendary Alpe d'Huez. A few hours before the peloton you will ride on the very   same route   as the Pros. You will be completely immersed into the unique atmosphere of “ Le Tour    .While riding to the summit, you will often wonder if you are not wearing the  Maillot Jaune   as spectators and other riders will cheer you up,  as if  you were Tadej Pogač ar  or   Jonas Vingegaard.  Upon “summiting” our team will welcome you at a strategic location  
to watch the race in ultimate 

On Le Tour Final day, after touring the main features of Paris's circuit (Champs Elysées climb & finish, Le Louvre) we will head to Montmartre, where will tackle what will soon become an iconic climb : Rue Lepic. You will certainly find it pretty easy but beware of the irregular & tricky cobblestones. Until the peloton arrival, you will enjoy the stadium atmosphere, in the comfort of Parisian apartment. Of course 

Gathering goodies from the advertising caravan will the perfect pass-time before savouring the pros' effort.

During your journey you will also conquer some of  Tour de France’ most mythical climbs

Day 1: "Bonjour to the Alpes" : Loop around the lake

After a warm welcome at Lyon airport, we will drive to Annecy (approx 2,5 hrs). Upon arrival , while you are settling in the hotel, we will assemble your bikes. You will then ride around the clearest lake in Europe. This quick leg spin will enable us to get to now each other and to get acquainted with the local road conditions.

Daily Mileage: 37 km /Elev + 204 m  

Day 2: "Non stop climbing" : Annecy–Col de la Colombière

We advise you to warm up before the ride, as the first 4 Km will be the only flat ones. After a few kilometers around the lake, your journey will be a succession of Alpine landscapes passing from forests to alpine pastures while crossing typical villages. Soon the gradient will be increasing, announcing the start of today’s monument : Col de la Colombière (Cat 1 , 12 Km @ 6 % ), featured 23 times in Le Tour , is similar to many Alpine climbs: the last kilometers are the toughest. After a farm to table lunch at the summit, we all will enjoy the great downhill to Annecy.

Day 3: "Your longest Day" : Annecy –Col du Grand Colombier (Rtn)

Today, will be our longest and toughest day on the saddle. After 50 Km on the flat in sprinkled with a few short climbs, we will tackle today’s “plat de resistance”: Col du Grand Colombier. It is considered as one of Tour de France toughest climb (Hors Catégorie, 18,3 K @ 6,86, Max 14 %). Funny enough it has only been featured 6 times in Le Tour ( last 2023). After the usual picture near at the summit road sign, you will surely appreciate the unobstructed view over the whole region and particularly the Bourget lake. After the downhill we will stop for a great lunch on the bank of the Rhône river before heading back to Annecy.

Day 4: "Amazing panorama" : Annecy–Col de Semnoz (Rtn)

After a short stroll along the lake, we will first tackle col de Leschaux. This pretty easy climb (CAT 3 , 12KM @ 3,7 %), has been featured 6 time in TDF. This is the perfect warm up before Col de Semnoz. This Hors Catégorie climb has only be featured in one Tour de France (20213), mainly due to its geography. Do not be deceived by its relatively low gradient (13,6 Km @ 5,7 %), it is famous for its irregular gradient. Tip: keep some juice for the last 6 Km !! Once at the summit (Alt 1,668 m ) we will share a greta lunch before heading to the amazing downhill

Day 5: "Epic" : Stage 19 in Alpe d'Huez (Ride & View)

Throughout the warm up in the Oisans valley, you will be able to admire one of Tour de France most iconic climb : L’Alpe d’Huez. Each time, it was featured in Le Tour (31 times), it has played a pivotal role in the GC. Witnessing a stage finish in Alpe d’Huez can be compared to attending World Cup final (Football). For this year, one expect to witness a severe battle in between Pogi, and all GC contestants. A few hours before the pros, the effort will be intense (Hors Catégorie, 14 km at 8%) but you will feel you are wearing “Le Maillot Jaune” as many spectators & fellow riders will constantly cheer you up. After your effort, you will join BéloVélo team at a strategic race position, where you will recover in ultimate comfort conditions. You will certainly be impressed by the unique & friendly atmosphere in “L’Alpe”. Gathering goodies from the advertising caravan will be the perfect pass-time before savouring the pros' effort. Challenge of the day: try to grab a bidon ! Do you know that each 21 hairpin bears the name of a Alpe d’Huez stage winner ?

Day 6: Transfer: Spectacular Tour de France Week-end in Paris.

Early In the morning, we will drive to Lyon to board the high speed train to Paris . After settling in your Parisian hotel, we will all share a lunch in a typical French Bistrot. In the afternoon, you will have ample time to enjoy some shopping, visit some of the capital historic monuments or simply enjoy spectating the Parisian life from a “café terrasse”. We will then meet in the evening for a great dinner in a traditional Parisian Brasserie.

Day 7 : Final stage Loop & Montmartre climb in a Parisian flat

Have you ever ridden on the Parisian cobblestones ? This is the occasion. After riding from your Hotel to Montmartre, a few hours before the “Peloton, we will ride on the Montmartre loop. Once on your electric city bike, you will definitely notice the difference with your regular road bike: added bike skills ! In order to enjoy the waiting until the race you will be provided with plenty of food & beverages in the comfort of a Parisian flat.From where you have a superb view over the race.Throughout the day, you will also be able to go out in the street to experience this stadium-like atmosphere from even closer . After the race we will all share a dinner during which we will certainly share our memories & emotions from the elapsed week

Day 8 : Transfer to Lyon airport: Au revoir to Paris

Time to say goodbye to the city of lights. We will board the high speed train to bring you to Lyon Airport.During the 2 hours journey, you will certainly rewind all the images, emotions from yesterday. If you have not done so yet, do not forget to exchange contacts with your fellow riders. We will then escort you to the airport where you will be joined by your luggages & bikes (for those who brought their own). Bon voyage et à bientôt.

Paris Alternative 1: NH Opéra

Travelling to your journey' start

Flying to France: To minimise the risk of delays, recover from jet lag, we do advise you to land at least a day beforehand in Lyon Airport (LYS). Alternatively, we may arrange an airport transfer from Geneva (additional cost may apply).

Your arrival & Departure

We will welcome you at Lyon airport on Monday 20th July at 12:00 pm latest.
At the end of your journey (27/07)  we will drive you back to Lyon airport (we advise you to book your plane from 3 pm onwards). Plane tickets : upon booking with us, we will assist you in selecting the most appropriate flights time.

Hotel & Dining

We wish to make your journey as memorable and diverse as possible. You will certainly notice several choices of hotel for the Tour de France journey. We try to book hotels as such in advance as possible, however due to the increased demand because of Tour de France' organisation, our preferred hotel may not be available to book. The alternative hotel are similar in term of rating ad comfort. We have handpicked a superb collection of quality, local and authentic restaurants. All selected restaurants propose a genuine cuisine using local & seasonal products. Contrary to other Tour operators, ALL meals are included, with matching wines and mineral water. Although Tour de France journeys do not include a Michelin * dinner, we will host a gala dinner on Thursday evening. All hotels and restaurants cater to specific dietary needs; do not hesitate to inform us in advance. 

Your Bike

We have selected some of the best bikes currently on the market.We have selected the best machines based on the terrain. For each journey corresponds a specific bike selection. Selected bikes are similar to "Tour de France peloton" machines, you may also wish to upgrade to a superior bike category  upgrade your bike. You may also bring in your personal bike, and enjoy a discount. After your ride, we will clean and maintain your bike . (same applies to your "bike" apparels). Please note that in Paris, you will be supplied with a "city" electric bike (ie: LIME)

ROAD CAPTAIN & ASSISTANCE VEHICLE

Each day, your road captain will open the road, lead you through charming villages, traffic-less country roads, advise on how to tackle the next climb and all the while, ensure your safety and comfort. As experienced cyclists, we know that it is always reassuring to feel a presence along the way. This is why a support vehicle will follow you in case of a puncture or if you need beverages, snacks, an extra layer or even wish to rest for a while.

RIDE & BÉLOVÉLO BIKE CLINIC

On most of the days, several mileage and speed average options will be available to suit all fitness levels. To provide a genuine, safe and personalized experience the group size will be limited to 15 guests per week. Come back home with many peloton, safety & mechanic tips thanks to our daily Bike Clinic
