Your Journey

Embark on a spectacular 7-day journey that transcends the ordinary, connecting two iconic cycling worlds: the mythic climbs of Provence and the sun-drenched Riviera of the Italian Border. We have curated an ultimate bucket-list experience, blending legendary ascents with the thrill of racing history. This journey is designed for cyclists seeking to test their limits on famous Tour de France and classic monuments, all while enjoying the finest cuisine and hospitality of Southern France and the Italian Riviera.

Your week crescendos with a monumental challenge: conquering the "Giant of Provence," Mont Ventoux. This Hors Catégorie beast, a staple of the Tour's most epic battles, is as much a mental triumph as a physical one. The adventure culminates by living the finale of a cycling classic: you will race the iconic final 60km of the Milan-San Remo, crossing the finish line on Via Roma. This is more than a trip; it's a pilgrimage through the pages of cycling history

Journey Highlights

  • Conquer two legendary Hors Catégorie climbs: The iconic Mont-Ventoux and the alpine giant Isola 2000.

  • Race the finale of a Monument: Ride the decisive last 60km of the Milan-San Remo, tackling the Cipressa and Poggio.

  • Follow the tracks of champions: Test your legs on Col de la Madone and the Monaco-Nice Tour de France time trial route.

  • Cycle a total of 399 Km with over 7,400 m of vertical elevation across stunning backdrops.

  • Focus on cycling, we'll look after the rest!

Day 1: Arrival & quick leg spin

After a warm “Bonjour” at Nice Airport, we will drive to your hotel at the foot of Mont-Ventoux in the heart of Provence. We will assemble your bike, then If time allows, we will go for a quick spin to tackle Mount Blauvac, perfect leg warmer for the great program that awaits

Daily Mileage: 27km / + 345 m.

Day 2: The Giant of Provence “Mont-Ventoux”

Today, is the “pièce de resistance” with the Giant of Provence, also called Bold Mountain: Mont Ventoux, via Bédoin. This is the toughest route and the traditional used by “Le Tour” (19 times with 11 stage finish). Tackling Mont Ventoux (Hors-Catégorie) is not only a physical challenge but a mental one. We will return to our hotel thru the gorges de la Nesque. This corbelled route is marked by tunnels and startling viewpoints, following one of the most spectacular canyons in Provence.

Daily Mileage: 89 Km /+,883 m

Day 3: Nice-Monaco, return by Col d’Eze

We will ride along the coast to reach Monaco, after a quick espresso and a ride on the Monaco F1 track, we will ride back to Nice. We will follow the exact route used during the last stage of Tour de France 2024, (Time Trial) Monaco-Nice.

Daily Mileage: 41km, /+640 m

Day 4: Isola 2000

After a transfer from Nice, to avoid the busy valley roads, we will start conquering Isola 2000, from Pont de Clans. This Hors-Catégorie climb has only been featured twice in Le Tour, but each time it created havoc in the peloton. Worth noting that this is a regular feature in Paris-Nice. You will reach the critical altitude over 2,000 m, so pacing is key. To reduce the overall length of the stage, once the downhill is completed, we will transfer you back to the hotel in Nice.

Daily Mileage: 97km / + 2,180 m

Day 5 : Epic climb : Col de La Madone

Col de la Madone has been made famous by Lance Armstrong. It was his favorite “playground. Since then, all the pros living in the area (including Pogi) regularly climb it. Did you know that Trek used Madone’s anagrams to come up with model names such as : Madone, Domane & Emonda ?

Daily Mileage: 77 Km / +1,481 m

Day 6: Milan San Remo: The last 60 km

Welcome to the place of legends such as Lucien Petit-Breton (winner First edition in 1907), Eddy Merckx (7 victories), Gina Bartali, Erik Zabel (4 victories) or Van Der Poel ( 2025 ). Starting from Laigueglia, we will ride on the most exciting part of “La Primavera”. First you will tackle the 3 short but intense climbs along the coast: Capo Mele, Capo Berta & Capo Cervo, then the Cipressa (5,6 Km at 4,2 %, Max 7,6 %). While the Poggio (3,6 Km at 3,8 %, Max 4,9 %), is relatively easy, it is in the descent, that many winners made the difference. You will then cross the finish line at Via Roma. After this memorable ride, we will return back to Nice to celebrate over a Gala dinner your achievements of the week

Daily Mileage: 68 km / + 881 m

Day 7: Transfer to Nice airport

During the drive you will definitely have time to rewind your amazing rides, superb meals, and tons of laughter. Time to say “Au revoir” or “Arrivederci”
